"As I set off on this mythical hike, I had some very clear expectations regarding the landscape, the variety of paths and what I might encounter. To be honest, my expectations were more than exceeded. The landscape offered by the Chemin des Crêtes trail takes your breath away. The places I passed through (forest, meadow pasture, etc.) as well as the view of the Alps and the lakes of the plateau make this worthy of the greatest Hollywood film sets! The path is very well marked, varied and very pleasant to follow. As for the reception I received at the farms and places to stay, this will remain one of the high points of this hike, it was so warm and genuine!"
